Great opportunity to move into a bungalow that has some special features. Three bedrooms on the main and a nicely updated bathroom. One bedroom is being used for laundry at this time, however all laundry hook ups are also in the basement. The kitchen is very roomy with lots of cabinets with space for your large dining table. There is an enclosed sunroom directly off the kitchen. The basement floor is beautifully finished in stone. Rooms are almost finished, furnace updated, and bathroom has updated fixtures. This basement will look sensational when completed. The yard has some mature trees and storage shed. Really worth a look!
