This amazing corner lot location near schools and parks in Buena Vista is the one you've been looking for! The 1960s bungalow had a second story addition in 1988 giving it an open, modern feel and allowing for the fantastic vaulted dining room and kitchen. The original hardwoods are in good shape and there is new flooring in the kitchen in addition to new countertops and sink. Upstairs the master bedroom loft is spacious and stylish with the large open walk-in closet and newer laminate flooring. The loft could easily be closed in for more privacy. Two extra bedrooms leave plenty of room for kids or guests. Outside, you'll love the mature and private backyard with spacious deck. Book your showing today!
